Soft and pliable. Fits and stays in shoe. Very soft and comfortable plastic. Pliable enough to fit in my shoe and feels good on my heel. Besides adding height, these could work for heel pain.

just that one inch or two can make all the difference. I love this a lot. No foot pain so far. It makes you feel more confident. These + platforms + long bottom jeans will make you go from 5ft to 5'6. Being short in school sucks. Being 5'2 instead 5ft is awesome. I recommend this if you are upset about ur height!

I didnt expect them to be this good!Iave never written a review on anything but these insoles are beyond amazing! I have flat feet, my left is worse than my right and itas affected my knees as well. I usually wear a knee brace just to have some support. Lately, the discomfort and pain has got a lot worse and the knee brace wasnot doing much for me anymore so I decided to get insoles and found these! I tried them on right away and you can CLEARLY see the difference! Iam beyond satisfied and felt an instant relief on my knees and feet.
