Love these!!! Sturdy package and they close without a problem. Only thing I was meh on is the smell... It's very much a classic soap bar smell. Not bad in any way, but I prefer more perfumey or floral scents.
I bought this to keep with me on my recent trip to several Asian countries. This travel soap worked perfectly for my needs. I am incessantly needing to keep my hands clean and this helped my mild obsession. I also wear contact lenses and require clean hands for handling the contacts. I never got an eye infection, despite the questionable water supply. I'll attribute that safety to the good soap I was using. Buy it!
My husband and I spent two weeks traveling around Turkey and this soap was very helpful. We didn't want to have to pay the hotels to do our laundry or tote our laundry around looking for a laundromat so we purchased this soap. We packed very light and ended up doing laundry almost every night in our room.
First, these are thin sheets that should only be touched by entirely dry hands. Take this from someone who learned the hard way. Secondly, apply the soap sheets to the wet clothes, not to a sink full of water. We tried the sink full of water first, and our laundry didn't get clean at all. But once we started applying it to the clothes, we are good to go.
If you need to do laundry on the road, these are certainly worth it.
These little soap petals are perfect for my kids to carry in school. The bathrooms are always out of soap so my kids keep these in their pockets (or sock if they don't have any pockets, they're small enough to fit in their sock!) so they can wash their hands with soap if/when the bathroom are out of soap! Easy to use and they work so well!
Report from our traveling daughter was that this was an excellent addition to her luggage. It's rare that you travel anywhere that soap is not easily scored (Cuba, e.g.) but even in 1st world travel, you never know when you may want to wash out socks and undies. This is what you need for just such occasions. Travels easily and very small.
